Replace the old brass fitting and black water outlet hoses on your 1976 to 2005 Mercury V6 2-stroke outboards with this Buckshot Racing #77 light-weight and durable water outlet kit. 
 
Constructed with 1) three (3) piece 90-degree anodized blue aluminum clamp-style 3/8" hose bard adaptors, 2) three (3) translucent blue made-in-the-USA water outlet hoses resistant to all fuels and oils, kinks, and abrasion, and temperatures to 226F without deterioration, and 3) three (3) stainless steel ear clamps to secure the water hose outlet lines.

2) BLACK AN Fitting / Translucent RED Hose

Add Billet Water Outlet Kit in choice or Red, Blue or Black Anodizing (with 2 x Billet Water Outlets, 4 x bolts, 2 x seals and 2 x restrictor washers)
 
This kit runs two (2) cut-to-even-length hoses from each cylinder head and one (1) shorter hose to replace the brass fitting found on the poppet valve cover.  The poppet valve cover may need to be removed to install. 
 
These fit the Mercury OEM outlets and also the billet aluminum outlets from Power Performance Engineering (PPE) as shown.  
 
Install these fittings with grease or oil on the threads with a -6 AN Fittings Wrench, 5/8" box wrench, or the proper size adjustable wrench. Stainless ear clamps are installed tight enough to secure the water lines but loose enough to turn the assembly in your desired direction.
