The Buckshot Racing #77 Billet Race Starter Motor Bracket / Cover is designed to be strong, lightweight, and attractive. We precision CNC machine the bracket from 6061 Billet Aluminum to upgrade the fit and finish of your Mercury outboard. We finish every part with hard-wearing black anodizing.
Our starter motor cover bracket replaces Mercury Marine / Quicksilver OEM part numbers 8569662 8M0111325 and fits all Verado 4 and 6 cylinders (including 135, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300, 350, 400 HP) 2-stroke 3.0 Liters (including Pro Max and 300X) SportJet 2.5 Liters, Optimax 2.5, 3.0, and 3.2 Liter 300 XS Stroker, and 1.5 Liter 3-cylinders (including Pro XS).
Includes one (1) Billet Starter Motor Bracket Cover for Mercury Optimax Verado SportJet (replaces OEM part numbers 8569662 / 8M0111325), two (2) Stainless Steel Socket Head Bolts, two (2) lock washers, with one (1) Mercury Racing decal.
Some motors require two (2) brackets. Select two (2) Billet Starter Bracket Cover and Bolts Kits and save five ($5) dollars.

5. We implement proper tool paths including climb milling, to minimize tool deflection and achieve a better surface finish.
6. We perfect ramping, profiling, or contouring to find the most suitable approach for each part.
7. We properly calibrate and align our CNN machines to achieve accurate cuts, which enhances surface finish. This includes inspecting and maintaining utilized CNC machines and tooling to ensure optimal machining every run.
