The Buckshot Racing #77 Billet Mercury Race Poppet Cover water outlet plate is designed to be strong, lightweight, attractive, and highly durable. We precision CNC-machine high-quality 6061 billet aluminum and finish with hard-wearing black anodizing on each poppet cover.
Our cover replaces all OEM bottom-side-of-block outlet plates (both 2-bolt and 4-bolt models). This includes the Mercury Racing 99193 COVER Relief Valve (MSRP of $142.05) and the Mercury Marine /Quicksilver 687291 Relief Valve Cover (new part number 8M0039767 w/ MSRP of $55.83) found on most all Mercury / Mariner 135, 150, XR2, XR4, XR6, XRi, 175, 200 HP, Black Max, 225 Pro Max, 245 Carb, 260 EFI HP, 280 ROS, and 300 Drag V6 2-strokes (2.0, 2.4, 2.5 Liter) produced from 1976 to 2015.
