Our new Propshaft Bearing Carrier is fully assembled and ready to drop in your gear case build.
We've taken the extra step to machine a drain passage and threaded drain plug so you can recover the drain plug from the running surface of your gearcase. This is helpful when installing a nose cone and trying to streamline or shape your gear case for improved performance.
Our new bearing carrier is manufactured to fit all Mercury Marine / Mariner 115 to 200 HP lower units including 2.0 Liter, 2.4 Liter, and 2.5 Liter and V6 200 to 300 HP 3.0 liters outboards.
Our new Bearing Carrier Assemblies include, already installed; 1) outer prop shaft oil seal, 2) inner prop shaft oil seal, 3) prop shaft bearing, 4) large lock tab washer, 5) key (required on 2.0, 2.4, 2.5 gear cases), and 5) Bearing Carrier Housing.
This also fits all Alpha I and Gen II Sterndrive Inboard/Outboard (IO) Lower Unit Outdrives with Standard Rotation.
